Ingredients:
- 1 lb bag of cranberries
- 1/2 orange, zested and juiced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 T ginger paste (or more if you want a more pronounced ginger flavor)
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Over medium heat, add all the ingredients into a pot and simmer for 25-30 minutes!
